- Q: I need to re-download a game I purchased, how can I do that?
- A: Just email us with the name and email you used to purchase it, and we will send you a new download link.
- Q: HavocBall crashes on launch, how can I fix this?
- A: HavocBall requires a 3D graphics card in order to run correctly. Also made sure that your graphics drivers are up to date.
- Q: HavocBall runs too slow when there are explosives on screen, how do I speed up the game?
- A: Try setting the GFX LEVEL on the options screen to LOW.
